ABOUT:
We are having a Holiday Bazaar during our 1st Annual Jingle & Mingle Holiday Party hosted by South Florida Women’s Group.

We appreciate you taking the time from your busy schedule to be a vendor at this event. 

EVENT DETAILS:
The cost of the vendor space is $75.00 donation to Samantha’s Purpose. This fee entitles you to a dedicated vendor space (8 x 8) and food and drink for one (1) vendor at the event (additional attendees of the same vendor will have to pay $35 fee to cover cost of food and drink). If you will have someone attending the event with you, please indicate that below.  

You are responsible for your own table, chair and table coverings. If you require a table (6 ft) please let us know. We will have to charge you an additional $20.00 because we have to rent the table on your behalf.

Spaces will be available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Setup will begin at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Everyone has to be finished setting up by 5:45 p.m.

Vendors are responsible for set up and clean up of their area.

Vendors are solely responsible for any loss, damage or breakage to their inventory.
